Tiffany Gallarzo is past president of the California Funeral Directors Association. She currently holds the position of Director of Operations for The Mortuary at Green Hills in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Prior to her current role, she was the Market Manager for the Orange County/San Diego market with Service Corporation International, which consisted of 6 combination cemetery/mortuary locations and 6 stand-alone mortuaries. A licensed funeral director, insurance agent, cemetery salesperson, and current ICCFA Women and Leadership committee member. Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is a past president of the Orange County Funeral Director Association and previously a professor at ICCFA University, where she taught courses on branding, sales and customer service.
